Warranty
Warranty is as indicated on the individual product page. If no warranty symbol is present (example) then no warranty is provided on this particular product.
Glass is not covered by warranty. This includes lamps, reflectors, colour wheels, glass gobo’s etc.
Equipment is to be returned to Show Technology’s Sydney office for repair. Freight charges for both delivery and collection are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We make every effort to correctly describe the equipment for sale. All images are of the actual product for sale to aide in correct decision making. Product inspection is available from our Silverwater office, on request. Please call or email us to organise a product inspection.
Whilst all care is taken in the preparation of equipment for sale and the descriptions provided of these items. No responsibility is accepted for products not meeting the expectation of the purchaser.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Recycled-Tech offers a unique warranty for each of the products sold through our website. This warranty is designed to offer peace of mind to the product purchasers. Often buying over the internet can be a scary proposition, especially if you are unsure of the quality of the products you wish to buy. Second hand equipment quality can vary significantly. Our warranties are offering certainty to the purchaser that they aren’t being ripped off by buying non-working or dubious equipment.
All products sold at Recycled-Tech are thoroughly checked by our highly trained technical team and are in mechanical working order; expect used equipment to have superficial wear and tear due to the nature of their previous work life.
Within the warranty period we will cover the most expensive items to give you piece of mind. These items include:
- Electronic and Magnetic Ballast
- PCBs
- Wiring looms and harnesses
- Stepper motors
- labour
Please note – Unlike NEW warranty we are unable to cover the following items
- Lamps
- Lamp reflectors
- Glass lenses
- Dichroic colour filters
If under the warranty period the unit has to be return to Recycled-Tech for repair the purchaser will be liable to return the unit at their cost. Once the unit is repaired Recycled-Tech will return the unit at Recycled-Tech’s cost.
